IT'S GOIN' DOWN DUDES!!!! AND THIS YEAR ITS BIGGER THAN EVER!

SABBATH IN THE PARK RETURNS TO SXSW ONCE AGAIN!

After the unheralded and magnanimous success of Sabbath in the Park at the South By Southwest in 2007, the organizors and their newest partner SHARON OSBOURNE are coming together to bring you the hottest day party SXSW HAS EVER SEEN!

This year, we have confirmed a special appearance by GEEZER BUTLER! After his official bass clinic/panel at the Austin Convention Center on FRIDAY MARCH 14TH - GEEZER BUTLER WILL MAKE A SPECIAL APPEARANCE AT SABBATH IN THE PARK!

This year we are going to start the Festivities at Waterloo Park on Red River, we have an exclusive permit from the city to do so, and then we have rented 20 yes TWENTY BUSES to take all the real Sabbath fans down to the Barton Springs for a special ritual that the boys in the band enjoyed when they used to come to Austin and practice at an exclusive and private south side studio that nobody even knew about. Word is the legendary Roky Erickson once sat in on a session with the legendary BLACK SABBATH and we can't say whether or not Geezer will allow any of those songs to be unearthed, but DUDES IT JUST MIGHT GO DOWN!

FRIDAY MARCH 14TH
Sabbath in the Park at the SXSW '08

Begins at HIGH NOON at Waterloo Park.

Geezer will appear at the park at 3 p.m.

Buses leave for Barton Springs at 5 p.m.

Ritual at the Barton Springs begins promptly at 6:06 and 6 seconds.

Featuring MAD BEER!

Sabbath in the Park Wicked Mix 666.6 Will be debuted at the event.

Wow this is ussually not even my style but this looks like a steal Free Mad Beer and Hardcore music If I can get in (21+ ?) I will be there but you can count me out of the Zilker Park ritual.
